Student Activity Fee Funding Board
The SAF Funding Board will be made up of 5 undergraduate engineering students from different engineering disciplines and academic standings. Responsibilities will include weekly funding meetings as well as planning meetings with the Viterbi School to help build a proper student activity fee allocation system and set of policies. One member of the Board will be appointed Funding Board Director. He or she will manage the board, finances, and records.
Funding Application and Post Event Report forms are now available for download.
The applications for funding are now available for student organizations to download. Make sure your student organizations completely fill out the application, failure to do so will result in your organization having to resubmit the application completed. The application must be typed. The Funding Board will not review incomplete applications! After your student organization's event has past, please make sure to fill out the Post Event Report and have that turned in at most a week after the event has transpired. Until your student organization has turned in a Post Event Report, future events will not be funded until that report is received.
