Position Descriptions
- President - preside all Eboard and general membership meetings, be informed of TBP regional and national activities, oversee induction/initiation process
- Vice-president - assume the role of president in the president's absence, other duties as assigned by president
- Program director - take the lead on planning and executing programs, work with treasurer to secure funding, work with recording secretary and webmaster to publicize events
- Recording secretary - collect eligibility information from Dean Yates, send appropriate emails to invitees, initiates, and current members re: upcoming events
- Corresponding secretary - complete paperwork for TBP National Headquarters
- Treasurer - complete paperwork and apply for funding through Viterbi Funding Board as well as other funding sources
- Webmaster - keep TBP website and social networking websites up-to-date with events and photos
