 Engineers Without Borders, USC Chapter

The University of Southern California Chapter of Engineers Without Borders is an entirely student managed organization. All members of EWB-USC are volunteers who share a common vision of making a difference in the lives of the poor and enhancing engineering education at the University of Southern California.

Our club is an organization of students and professional mentors who deliver small-scale infrastructure projects to communities that lack basic human needs. EWB supports community-driven development programs by collaborating with local partners to design and implement sustainable engineering projects, while creating transformative experiences and responsible leaders.

Our chapter offers the opportunity for students to practice teamwork, problem solving, and creativity, using and expanding their engineering skills for a meaningful, moral purpose. EWB needs creative thinkers from several disciplines, including engineering, public health, anthropology and business, to help envision, fundraise, design and deploy our projects all over the world.
